Take Control and Be You Challenge

 
 
Your challenge for Take control Tuesday is to complete the following:
 
 
 
Are you up to the challenge?
 
 
1. Most important is to create a Goals List and at this stage it doesn’t matter if you complete it but that you get into the Habit of doing it.
Good habits are hard to get into but easy to continue with once you’ve started it.
 
2.Read some pages of a New book or comic or Magazine. Reading is great for your brain, increasing imagination, Creativity and focus. Make sure its something that will interest you, Otherwise you’ll easily give up. If you’re not big into reading theen don’t set big targets. 
Just start with one Page and I’ll be proud of you.
 
3. In this Day and age we take photo’s left, right and centre but taking a Picture that has meaning to you is completely different. Take one photo that has a Personal connection with you.
 
4. Learn One New thing everyday. As regular visitors know, Learning something New helps fight dementia and increases Brain cells and I can’t stress enough How important it is to your health.
 
5. Journalling is an important tool, Not just in the lives of creatives but to help with everyday life.
It gives you the ability at the end of the day to start the next day with a clean slate as everything that could play on your mind at Night has been put aside.
Great for mental health trigger analysis and Gratitude inspiration.
 
so this is your challenge for this week.
