Fitness Friday




Update:

Unfortunately this post was supposed to be uploaded yesterday but unfortunately due to issues it’s now being posted on chaturday Saturday, I apologise and hopefully it will be corrected by next Fitness Friday.


So what is Fitness Friday?

It’s the part of my blog that looks after our well being both physically and Mentally.

I’ll be posting my stats for the week and hopefully providing some tips to help you out.

I’ll be looking into healthy meals and some easy fitness regimes for those who may not be exercise orientated.

So how’s my fitness?

Well I have quite an active lifestyle in terms of walking 🚶‍♂️ and lifting and yet still have managed to acquire a little bit of girth around the waste, oops 😬.

I have suffered with psoriasis for the past 11 years and as any psoriasis battler will know this means Fatigue, Sore joints and the need to sleep after a hard day.

Also the Anxiety and worry can be life Zapping.

I have also had a case of sciatica which likes to pop back on occasions when I least need it.

My weekends usually entail recuperating sore muscles 💪 and mainly using my brain 🧠 rather then anything physical ( I just don’t have the energy)

I have recently been looking into the Book 📖 Radiant by Hannah Stillitoe which is available via Amazon or Apple Books or any good book store.
