Today’s challenge is simple.
Try something New, this could be anything from writing ✍️ a poem to booking a bungee jump ( Ok that might be a little extreme, well for me anyway 😂).
But we can all get stuck in a rut and become stagnant in our lives which leaves little room for growth.
Trying something new is great for our health both mentally and physically.
It staves off depression and grow new brain cells to fight off dementia.
The feeling of achievement you get when completing a new task is a huge boost to your self esteem.
The more you increase your skill sets then your life can only be better for it.
Our biggest barrier to doing something new is the worry of failure, So do you know what?
STOP worrying if you fail or are bad at it then so be it at least you tried and you’ll learn from it.
Don’t put barriers up to stop you doing something you may love.
