What’s happening today

So what’s been happening today, well apart from walking round like c3-po out of Star Wars just laying some ground work.

I also found a Really interesting Album on Apple Music 🎧 by Andrew Burrows and Matt Haig called 

reasons to stay alive. I looked for this after watching BBC News this morning.

It has an interesting back story, The Album was written about dealing with Anxiety and Depression after both

Men have experienced it. The Music is great 👍 and may be of great help to those who are suffering,it shows there is a way through.

So take a look 👀 and have a listen 👂.

Work on the podcast starts tomorrow and I might have to do it before I take my meds for the slipped disc ( Apparently they are quite strong) which would make for an interesting cast 😂.
