Think 💭 of your mind like a hard drive, it has to deal with an awful lot of information everyday. Like a hard drive now and again it needs defragging.

Mindfulness gives you the chance to give your body and mind a quick M.O.T and recognise any problems you would normally miss due to your hectic lifestyle.
This way you can declutter your mind and have a fresh outlook on your life.
