8 Tips to help you Deal with life

Life can be stressful so here are 10 Tips to help you Deal with The challenges.


1. Learn to Breathe


While this may seem obvious (It is something we do all the time) But breathing for relaxation is different. There are many apps and online utilities that can help you do this and if you own an Apple Watch it’s built in so use it.

The difference it’ll make is immense.


2. Make a To Do list


If you can manage your Tasks and make them organised then it’ll make your life a whole lot more manageable. Also the achievement of ticking them off your list builds confidence and Happiness.


3. Write in a Journal (Digital or Written)


Writing in a Journal is like decluttering your mind. Do it just before you go to bed getting everything down (Good and Bad). It helps you wake up with a clean slate and also it’s a great reference to look back on triggers for changes in mood and states of mind.


4. Get enough sleep


Now the common theory is that you need 8 hours of sleep.However we are all different, some people need 8 or 9 hours but some can quite happily exist on 5 or 6. You will need to find your ideal time. Also not to go too deeply into it but our bodies have sleep cycles and if we wake up at the wrong time in that cycle it can affect our day. Grab an app like...well sleep cycle on iOS and this will help you wake at the right time.


5. Learn New Things


Learning a new subject or skill actually creates new brain cells. This in turn helps fight mental health disorders and helps with memory. Remember your never too old to learn and an old dog can be taught new tricks.


6. Break Tasks Down


It’s very easy to overwhelm ourselves when we face big challenges or chores.

But nearly all of them can be split into more manageable chunks. Not only will you feel like your getting stuff done but you’ll find you work through it quicker.


7. Exercise


If you’re not doing a manual job then exercise is a priority. It is true that using energy creates energy. Not only do you have the achievement of making yourself healthier it will increase oxygen to the brain which will clear your thinking. Some people find it as helpful as mindfulness and if you combine the two you’ll be smashing it.


8.Eat a balanced diet


It is amazing how foods can affect your mood and mental ability. Do your research and see what’s suitable for you.Nobody is saying you should just eat rabbit food but try to balance it out.
