Planning and time management is your first step to a new you.
Once you start to see a difference you will see a change in your attitude and be happier because of it.
Also try a Habit forming App such as Habitify, or Streaks or similar.
For support try Coach.me or Y.o.u app, where people are on the same journey as you.
