If you want to be more Productive then Set Goals:
Your challenge is to set 3 100%Goals for Tomorrow.
This is 3 Tasks that you can Complete 100%. Make them small tasks to start with.
This Helps you become more self Disciplined and Creates a Habit of Daily Achievement.
You can Finish The Day knowing that you have done at least 3 Things of Accomplishment.
As the Habit grows you can increase the size of the Tasks or Amount of Tasks to complete in a Day.
But don't run before you can walk, Start small and Grow Big like an Acorn.
If you complete 3 Goals/Tasks a day (giving yourself Sunday of for good Behaviour).
:Thats 18 Tasks a Week
:Thats 78 Tasks a Month
:Thats 936 Tasks a Year
And that is Quite some Achievement.
So Good Luck.
And Remember Write Those Tasks/Goals Down as your more likely to Follow through with Your Goals or Tasks.
Consider it a Contract with yourself to get stuff done on a Daily Basis.
