- Identify The Root of the Challenge - Is It an obvious one or some thing caused by an underlying or external Factor
- Is The Challenge within your control, Can you take action to solve the Challenge or is it better to let it go as you cannot affect it.
- Can the challenge be broken Down into Segments - Sometimes a Challenge Can Be overwhelming and breaking it down into more manageable chunks helps with the larger challenge at Hand.
- Is a Deadline A factor - If you are working towards a Deadline, Time management is of the upmost importance. It is no good rushing at the last minute if you haven't used the time wisely beforehand. Its always Handy to use a Pomedero App for Breaking down Tasks into 25 Minute chunks.
- Is disorganisation Part of the Challenge - This causes more Challenges then it solves, It may seem cool to be chaotic and work against the grain. But with great Planning you could reduce the Pressure on yourself. There are so many Task List Apps out there, that there is no reason to be disorganised. I personally use www.Trello.com and its companion iOS and Mac Apps for My Major Planning and Wunderlist both on iOS and Mac for my Day to day Tasks.
- Look at the challenge from an external or Different point of view - This is what close Friends and Family are there for. Sometimes even Though you may not always agree with their take on the challenge at hand, It doesn't mean it can't be helpful to make you see the challenge from a different angle.
So Remember a Problem is just a Challenge waiting for a solution.
